BRASOV INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL & MARKET OPENS TODAY AT THE DRAMATIC THEATER ‘SICA ALEXANDRESCU’ WITH THE WORLD PREMIERE OF A ROMANIAN FILM

Brasov, Romania — July 19, 2012 — Brasov International Film Festival & Market, the most relevant cultural event in Romania this summer, will open with the world premiere of the Romanian film “Brasov: Probably The Best City In The World”, produced by Daria Trifu and directed by Bruno Pischiutta.

The Festival is organized by Brasov Film Center in partnership with the City Hall of Brasov.

This is the First Edition of the Festival.

The films showcased by the Festival are non-violent and they feature some of the most famous stars such as Robert De Niro, Nicole Kidman and Robert Redford. The films qualify the Festival as one of the best 10 film festivals in the world.

The documentary “Brasov: Probably The Best City In The World” has already world distribution and it has been created by Bruno Pischiutta with the precise goal of making Romania famous and known to American tourists.
